Client Portal Patients unable to book appointments via Client Portal

11:20 UTC: Our engineers have restarted our Client Portal infrastructure and appointments being booked online now result in an 'Appointment Booked!' message as expected. Thank you for your patience during this time.

10:00 UTC: We have identified an issue with our Client Portal where booking appointments result in a spinning 'Book Now' button followed by an error message. We have confirmed, however, that the appointments are being booked successfully, except this success is not being communicated to patients on the Client Portal.

Our engineers are investigating this with the highest priority and we'll be sure to update this soon with steps to resolve it. We appreciate your patience during this time and apologise for the inconvenience caused to you and your patients.
