14/03/2023 09:30: Medicare is currently experiencing a degradation of services on its end. Services Australia (responsible for the Medicare system) have indicated that this is under urgent investigation and that claims should be recreated and resubmitted once resolved. This incident will be updated to reflect any communication or advice that we receive from Medicare in relation to this issue going forward. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this, though unfortunately, it is outside of our control.
