18:00 UTC: This issue has been resolved - patients/clients can now register themselves via the Client Portal via SMS verification. This issue did not affect email verification.
17:00 UTC: Our engineers have developed a fix for this issue and tested it for quality assurance. It will be rolled out to all Client Portals with an ETA of ~40mins. We appreciate your patience during this time.
1400 UTC: We have identified an issue with the Power Diary Client Portal where new clients attempting to register themselves will encounter an error message stating "Unexpected token". Our engineers are aware of this and are developing a fix for this at the highest priority. We apologise for any inconvenience caused at this time.
