Power Diary Client Portal, Telehealth and Online Forms are not accessible to clients

Issue resolved as of the 29/05/2023 at 23:34 AEST. A timeline of the incident is available below.

29/05/2023 20:51 (AEST): We are aware of an issue affecting the Client Portal, Telehealth and Online Forms making them inaccessible for users. We are investigating as a priority.

29/05/2023 21:55 (AEST): We have found a potential solution and are working to implement and deploy it.

29/05/2023 23:34 (AEST): This issue has been fixed. Our apologies again for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Client replies to appointment reminders may not automatically update appointment statuses.

Dear Power Diary users, there have been a small number of user reports of appointment statuses not changing automatically after client replies to reminders were received. We are currently investigating this issue.

Power Diary Client Portal, Telehealth and Online Forms are not accessible to clients

As of 28/05/2023 10:00 UTC: The aforementioned root cause turned out not to be the case, so the configuration changes that we reverted had no effect and did not fix the issue as expected. Our engineers are continuing to investigate this further and we appreciate your continued patience during this time.

27/05/2023 13:00 AEST: The cause of the issue is identified and the engineering team are working on implementing the fix. You may notice that your Client Portal, Telehealth and Online Forms are working as expected now, but we will be updating this message again once the fix is final. Thank you for your patience!

26/05/2023 10:00 AEST: Dear Power Diary users, we are aware of the Power Diary Client Portal, Telehealth and Online Forms not being accessible to clients. Our engineering team are investigating this as the highest priority.

We apologise for this inconvenience and we will be updating the status of this issue as its resolution progresses.

Second appointment reminder does not go out on the same day

Dear Power Diary users, please note that in our new messaging system that is being gradually implemented, we have found that if two SMS reminders are scheduled to be sent to a client on the same day, only the first reminder will be sent out. We acknowledge that there may be situations where you might need to send more than one reminder on the same day and are working on changing this behavior to ensure both SMS reminders are sent to the client on the day.
